• Content you provide in the app, including leads, project notes, plans, and uploaded files.
• Integration metadata needed to provide connected features, including OAuth tokens and timestamps.
• Basic technical and usage data required to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Google API Data Access

If you connect your Google account, we request the minimum scopes needed for enabled features:

• chat.spaces.readonly and chat.messages.readonly to list and import Google Chat conversations.
• drive.readonly to access permitted Drive files for uploads and imported records.
• meetings.space.readonly and calendar.events.readonly for meeting and scheduling related features.

We use Google user data only to provide user-facing features you request. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the core product features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process and sync connected integration data.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing and Disclosure

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account or integration data by contacting us. Google tokens can be revoked by reconnecting/disconnecting inside settings or from your Google account permissions page.
